If the case qualifies for emergency handling, a ₹5,000 consultancy fee is collected. This covers a detailed briefing, either over the phone or face-to-face at our Lucknow office, within the same day.
Team deployed in 12-24 hours
After the briefing and advance payment, we dispatch a field team to the nearest viable location. In Lucknow, deployment can happen in hours. For other UP cities, 12-24 hours is the standard commitment.
The ₹5,000 consultancy fee
The consultancy fee exists because emergency cases demand that a senior reporting manager drops what they are currently doing and gives your situation full, immediate attention. That is not something we can offer for free without degrading the service we provide to existing clients.
The fee covers a thorough case briefing, either by phone or in person at our Lucknow office. During this briefing, we assess feasibility, identify the resources required, and give you a realistic picture of what can be achieved within your timeframe.
If you proceed with the investigation after the consultancy, the ₹5,000 is adjusted against your balance payment. If you choose not to proceed, the consultancy fee is non-refundable, but you walk away with an honest professional assessment of your situation and your options.

The exact premium depends on where the investigation needs to happen and how quickly we need to get people there. In Lucknow, our team is already present and can be redirected within hours. For Kanpur, Agra, Varanasi, or any other city in UP, we deploy the nearest available field operative. In some cases, that means sending someone from Lucknow by road or rail. In others, we activate a local associate who can start groundwork while the primary team is in transit.
Emergency deployment surcharges typically range from 25% to 50% above our standard investigation rates. The exact figure is part of the quotation you receive during the consultancy briefing. There are no hidden charges and no surprises after the fact.
